On June 11, 2025, SNEC was held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Solar-energy storage-EV charging integrated solution:
1. Solar/wind power generation
Focusing on the efficient power generation of clean energy, SCU integrates renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic power generation and microwind power generation to achieve stable output and intelligent management of green electricity, providing sustainable energy support for subsequent energy storage and charging links.
2. Energy storage- peak shaving to improve economic benefits
The PCS bidirectional converter covers a power range of 10~250kW and is compatible with three-phase three-wire/four-wire systems. It can flexibly match diversified scenario requirements such as industrial and commercial energy storage, microgrids, and integrated photovoltaic storage and charging. The product adopts advanced topology and intelligent control algorithm, and the system conversion efficiency reaches 98.5%, which significantly reduces energy loss and improves the economy of energy storage system.

GRES is an intelligent and modular power supply device integrating lithium battery and multifunctional bidirectional energy storage converter. It can combine new energy, power grid, lithium battery, load, etc., reasonably configure and scientifically utilize them to provide users with green, environmentally friendly, noise-free, high reliability and high safety electricity services.

In combination with market demand, SCU launched a liquid-cooled version of the integrated photovoltaic storage system. Through advanced full immersion liquid cooling technology and auxiliary circulation and refrigeration systems, the battery cells are kept within the optimal operating temperature range. Compared with traditional cooling methods, immersion liquid cooling has a faster cooling rate and takes less time.
3. EV Charging- stable output of green electricity
SCU focuses on efficiency, intelligence and safety, and promotes the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry through charging equipment and advanced technologies covering all scenarios.

1. EVMS Pro series large screen dual-gun EV charger
Adopting 40kW EV charging module, DC output power covers 80kW~480kW, the highest efficiency of the whole machine is ≥97%, and supports open communication protocol OCPP1.6J (upgradable to 2.01).
Readable touch screen 15/21/34/43 inches (optional), with both parameter display and commercial advertising dissemination functions. Intelligently allocate charging power, maximize charging efficiency, and improve operating return rate.

2. 640KW Super EV Charger
40kW charging module, module standby power consumption is zero, equipment static power consumption <20W; DC output power 640kW, DC output voltage 50~1000VDC, support 12 outputs.
Split design, composed of DC charging host and charging terminal, supports flexible configuration of multiple terminals such as single gun (air cooling), dual guns (air cooling) and single gun (liquid cooling).
3. Liquid-cooled supercharging terminal
The maximum charging current of a single gun can reach 1000A, which meets the needs of fast charging and realizes “charging for 5 minutes and a range of 300 kilometers”.
The liquid cooling cycle takes away the internal heat, the charging noise is small, and the charging environment is more comfortable. The equipment has a high protection level and can withstand a variety of complex conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, dust and corrosion.
4. Dual-gun EV charger post
The maximum charging voltage can reach 1000VDC, supporting two guns to output at the same time, and can realize dual-gun one car charging.
Support VIN self-identification charging to achieve plug-and-play charging. The gun line ear-hanging design avoids mopping and makes rational use of space.
5. 40kW/60kW AC-DC EV charger module
The operating efficiency reaches 97%, supports multi-module parallel expansion, and flexibly adapts to different power requirements. It is suitable for public charging stations, commercial parking lots and other scenarios.

6. 35KV/5MW string-type integrated booster station
GRES-500 inverter-boost integrated machine is a highly integrated medium and high voltage power equipment, which is deeply integrated by 250kW PCS modular unit, intelligent distribution system and booster transformer. The equipment adopts modular design and DC string connection, integrating inverter, boost and distribution functions into one. Compared with the traditional separate solution, it significantly reduces the floor space and simplifies the wiring complexity.
The core module is equipped with digital control technology, supports efficient power conversion and dynamic optimization, and has built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and other multiple protection mechanisms to ensure operational stability.
The equipment is suitable for new energy grid connection, industrial power upgrade and microgrid construction, supports grid connection/off-grid mode switching, has rapid deployment and online maintenance capabilities, can flexibly expand capacity and improve system redundancy, and provide efficient and reliable integrated solutions for medium and high voltage power scenarios.
