SNEC 2023 International Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference Exhibition was successfully held from May 24th to 26th at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The theme of this exhibition was “Digitalization of New Energy – Empowering the Dual Carbon Goals”, which attracted numerous companies from the global solar photovoltaic and energy storage industry to participate.
The two major highlights of this exhibition are as follows:
Firstly, there were a large number of exhibitors and visitors. More than 3,000 companies participated in this exhibition, with a total number of visitors reaching over 500,000 and an exhibition area of 270,000 square meters, setting a new world record.
Secondly, the focus has shifted from photovoltaic integration to comprehensive photovoltaic and energy storage integration. Many photovoltaic companies are also beginning to develop energy storage. In addition to photovoltaics, the most talked-about topic in this exhibition was energy storage. The integrated development of photovoltaic, energy storage, and EV charging solutions is becoming a trend.
